Giulia has been practicing yoga and meditation for many years, her training comes from Iyengar thanks to which she learned the alignment and holding of asanas for a long time, and then approached more dynamic styles such as Ashtanga, which has now become her daily practice.

It therefore combines the notions on alignment and awareness of the asanas learned in the practice of Iyengar, with notions focused on breathing and holding the bandhas present in more dynamic practices such as Ashtanga and Vinyasa.

This training helps her create a union between two opposing but complementary traditions, thus also combining physical practice with the more mental and spiritual one.
