AYURVEDIC YOGA MASSAGE

Created in ancient India with therapeutic purposes, Ayurvedic Yoga Massage combines the deep massage of tissues with breathwork and yoga positions performed with the help of the massage therapist. Similar to Thai Massage, Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is carried out on the whole body with the use of oils, on a special mattress on the ground allowing for a more complete range of lengthening and stretching. The massage releases tension and tight muscles, while the assisted movements and breathing exercises realign the body and stimulate the natural flow of energy. The technique involves the use of the hands, elbows and feet as tools for the massage. A unique approach, A unique, whole-body approach, which promotes correct posture, improves breathing patterns, helps eliminate toxins and leaves those who receive it with a deep sense of well-being.
